General Membership
Classes are designed to teach you the fundamentals of the sport of boxing. Classes will consist of: heavy bag work, working the speed bag, shadow boxing, jumping rope, calisthenics and sparring inside the ring (if you desire).Included with General Membership:

General Membership Cost:
- $65 a month + tax
- $35.00 per month + tax (If participants fight for Revolution Fitness Boxing Club)

B-Yoga with Yogi Ahmad
Never took a yoga class? Think yoga is just for super flexible women? Well, take one of Yogi Ahmad's (Professional Boxer and Master Level Personal Trainer) classes and you will see that you are never to macho for yoga. Ahmad's over 14 years in the fitness industry allows him to make everyone feel comfortable taking his yoga class, no matter your experience.Schedule and Location:

Group Strength Training Class with Samad Mickens
This class is for those looking for intense strength, resistance, power and hypertrophy training. Each session will be conducted in a circuit type fashion. incorporating super sets and tempo training.Group Strength Training Class Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 11:30AM to 12:30PM
- Saturday - 10:30AM to 11:30AM
