Testimonials
"We worked together twice weekly for two and a half months. In the course of our training, along with additional cardio work (about 30 minutes 4 times per week) and a sensible nutrition plan, I dropped ten pounds and 2.7% body fat, dropping a pant size and increasing my overall energy level. The workouts were challenging and varied as I gained strength and flexibility. Before weight machines and equipment intimidated me. I now have more confidence. Trips to the gym have become an integral part of my weekly routine. I feel much better and appreciate the jump-start and would definitely recommend Moyosore!"
"I had never belonged to a gym before. I am not athletic and was out of shape when we met. If I had been assigned a different kind of trainer I am not sure that I would have come to the gym a second time. Because of you I came days we had an appointment and on my own. You managed to make the gym challenging and fun, something I didn't think possible. You also taught me about breathing and being calm. You are a great motivator. Anyone lucky enough to work with you as a trainer will get a lot more in the bargain."
"Moyosore is very knowledgeable and always teaching me new things. I was never bored with the routine. Her great personality made workouts even more enjoyable!"
"I always considered myself athletic and energetic. After I moved from Manhattan to Connectidut I found working out has become and increasingly difficult chore, because I now had to motivate myself to come to the gym after a long day and commuting by train. I decided to sign up for personal training so it would be easier to maintain a fitness regimen throughout pregnancy. I am proud to say I have benefited mentally, physically and feel good, healthy and strong. I look forward to our sessions."
