Revolution Fitness Introduces Fight Training Classes

Beginning Monday, September 13, 2010, Revolution Fitness Boxing Gym will begin its Fight Training classes designed to teach you the fundamentals of the sport to the professional level and the routine will consist of heavy bag work, working the speed bag, shadow boxing, jumping rope, calisthenics and sparring inside the ring.

In addition to the rudimentary elements of fight training, weight, and diet will be important aspects to the training program.

Sparring, an important part of the training, is the best way to learn how to box. It is essentially practice fighting and the goal is to prepare you with skills you will need when you step into the ring to fight at the amateur and professional level.

Participants must apply for their USA Boxing Books in order to participate in the Sparring sessions and eventually fight at USA Boxing sanctioned events.

Safety Equipment: Hand Wraps, Head Gear, Mouth Piece
Training Equipment: Jump Rope, Focus Mitts, Heavy Bag, Speed Bag, Double End Bag, Boxing Ring

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 5:30pm-7:00pm

Cost:

$100.00/per month + Tax

$60.00/per month + Tax if participants fight for Revolution Fitness Boxing Club
